Identify the purchase before ranking candidates

A founder may be buying software, clinical and pharmacy connections, launch execution, daily administration or a combination. Put those needs in separate rows. A platform with an internal team may cover some operating work; an outside operating team may coordinate a platform and other services. Ask who performs each task under your specific proposal. Do not infer scope from the category label.

This guide is published by Telehealth Launch Team, so it is not an independent review of these companies. The descriptions below use each company's own public information and avoid ratings based on testimonials or unverified outcomes. Unknown terms are questions to resolve, not evidence that a feature is absent. No provider is a universal fit for every founder or care program.

What Bask publicly markets

Bask describes white-label telehealth software, configurable questionnaires, patient, doctor and admin portals, payment processing and pharmacy fulfillment. Its help documentation describes distinct workflow statuses and team permissions. These public descriptions support including those functions in a demo script. They do not independently prove performance, the available configuration for your program or the service level in your contract.

Ask Bask to demonstrate your clinical partner's approved workflow and the support user's view. Request the proposed integrations, program and location eligibility, current fee schedule, care and fulfillment responsibilities, access terms and permitted export process. Ask which functions are available now, which require work and which are supplied by another contracting party. Record evidence using the platform demo scorecard.

What WellieMD publicly markets

WellieMD describes a white-label digital clinic with intake, provider review, pharmacy routing, subscriptions and refills. It markets labs and wearable connections, and says a business associate agreement is included. Its website presents both a direct platform route and a launch route through GrowPro. These are WellieMD's public claims; they are not independent confirmation of coverage, security or your contracted scope.

Ask WellieMD to show the launch programs proposed for your brand, recurring workflows, support handoffs and applicable agreements. Verify availability and charges for any lab or device integration you need. Clarify what is included in a direct relationship and what belongs to a separate launch engagement. Request the same economic, access, continuity and departure information requested from Bask. Do not use one company's comparison page as proof about the other.

What an operating-team engagement changes

Telehealth Launch Team's offer concerns launch and operating work across a brand's vendors. It is platform agnostic and should be evaluated alongside the underlying software choice. Its current stated minimum is $30,000 of month-one advertising budget. That amount is not a setup fee. Setup pricing, ongoing economics and exit terms are quoted on the call and need to be recorded in the written proposal.

Ask the team to name the people and tasks included in your proposed scope, the platform-selection process, the handoff to your staff and the responsibilities retained by you and the care partners. Platform agnostic does not establish compatibility with every vendor. Do not infer clinical coverage, integration availability or security guarantees from an operating-team description. Assess the combined stack and agreements, including any separate platform and service charges.

Make a decision from comparable evidence

An established operations team may first need software that meets its workflow and access requirements. A founder without those staff may need both a platform and execution support. Neither situation establishes a winner before a demo and proposal review. Use mandatory requirements as gates; use preferences only after candidates meet the gates. Name the owner for every task left outside the proposal.

Request quotes for the same volume and order scenario, with setup, recurring, per-event, support and departure charges separated. Keep unquoted amounts marked unknown. Use the vendor quote comparison to avoid comparing unlike bundles. Close the decision with a memo explaining the chosen combination, what was demonstrated, what remains conditional and who accepts each responsibility.
